Warner Edwards Rhubarb

11 botanicals and one secret ingredient. The rhubarb used originates from rhubarb grown at Buckingham Palace. Serve with tonic or Double Dutch pomegranate & basil mixer with basil leaf or fresh ginger

William Chase Pink Grapefruit

Fresh citrusy pairing of pink grapefruit and pomelo and 8 other botanicals. Serve with tonic, slice of pink grapefruit

Boe Violet Gin

Incredibly smooth gin, slightly spiced, leaving a wonderful lingering, delicate finish of sweet violets. Serve with: tonic and blueberries

Feckin Unbelievable Irish Gin

Made with just five botanicals; angelica root, cassia bark, coriander, juniper and lemons. Herbaceous tasting leading to sherbet lemons, savoury juniper and a soft bitterness from coriander against a slightly buttery delivery. Serve with: tonic and lemon.

Malfy con Limone

Whitely Neill Plum

That Boutique-y Gin Company Neroli

Based around the deliciousness of Neroli oil,

which is extracted from the blossom of the

bitter orange tree through steam distillation.

It takes over a tonne of flowers to produce just

1kg of oil, making it a rather expensive ingredient. Serve with: Tonic and slice of orange

Brockmans

Malfy Rosa

This ace Italian gin is built around the wonderful taste of Sicilian pink grapefruit and features a hint of rhubarb too. Incredible summer drinks. Serve with tonic, pink grapefruit and rosemary. Gin Tales Chocolate Orange R

Refreshing bundle of citrus peels with chocolatey elements. Soft, drying juniper gives it a peppery core, surrounded by cacao and floral mandarin. Serve with tonic, slice of orange and chocolate orange matchmaker

Peurto de India Gin (Strawberry)

Combining juniper and strawberry this is a vibrantly fruit forward Spanish gin with a refreshing and slightly sweet flavour. Serve with tonic, strawberry and marshmallow.

Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla

Back in the 1860s, Tanqueray creator Charles Tanqueray visited the orange groves of Spain and eventually produced a gin recipe based around the glory of Seville oranges. In early 2018, they released Tanqueray Sevilla Gin, inspired by the recipe written over 140 years ago! Serve with tonic, slice of orange 

Boutique-y Cherry

Made in the finest sloe gin tradition, both sweet and sour. Marasca cherries with a good pinch of spice. Serve with tonic, slice of orange and maraschino cherry.

Mason Lavender

Dry lavender aromas on the nose developing into pine and hints of fennel. Sweet candied lavender, juniper, fresh citrus and liquorice spice. Serve with tonic, slice of lime.

Larios Rosé

Made with a double distillation. Wild juniper, strong aroma of strawberries and infused in the last distillation with rose petals in order to preserve all the essence of these ingredients, thereby creating a smooth, fresh gin. Serve with tonic, strawberry & a marshmallow

Gin Mare

Mediterranean gin flavoured with four principal botanicals, basil, thyme, rosemary and most unusual of all the Arbequina olive. Serve with tonic, strawberry and basil  

Gordon’s Premium Pink Gin

Inspired by an original Gordon’s recipe from 1880s, refreshing taste of Gordon’s with raspberries and strawberries, with the tang of redcurrant. Serve with: raspberry & strawberry

Mason Yorkshire Gin

Each bottle bears its own hand-written batch and bottle number. Harrogate spring water, juniper, citrus elements and secret botanicals. Serve with tonic, slice of lime or lemon

Bathtub Old Tom

Award winning gin, produced by the enigmatic Professor Cornelius Ampleforth. Made using the traditional method of cold compounding (infusing). Juniper, orange peel, coriander, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. Serve with tonic, slice of lime or orange

Martin Miller

10 botanicals including Seville citrus peel and nutmeg, shipped to Iceland and blended with Icelandic water.  Serve with tonic, strawberry and/or cucumber

Portobello Road

Hendricks

The Botanist (Isle of Islay)

Nine of the classic gin aromatics and augmented with 22 local botanicals, hand-picked by an expert foraging team on the Hebridean island of Islay. Serve with tonic, lemon or orange

SPICEY GINS

Opihr

Oriental Spiced Dry gin with botanicals from along the spice route. Indian black pepper, Moroccan coriander. Serve with tonic, strawberry or slice of lime

Monkey 47

No. 47 comes from the number of botanicals that are in the gin and percentage of strength. Spice, fruit and herb flavours. Serve with tonic, slice of lime

Drumshambo Gunpowder

An Irish gin made with angelica, orris, caraway, coriander, meadowsweet, cardamom and star anise as well as vapour infused oriental lemon and lime, fresh grapefruit and gunpowder tea. Serve with tonic, slice of lime and/or star anise 

WEIRD AND WONDERFUL

Ki No Bi  Japanese Gin

First release from the Kyoto Distillery. Made

using a rice spirit base, as well as a selection

of botanicals including yuzu, hinoki wood chips,

bamboo leaves, green sansho and gyokuro tea

Serve with:  Tonic and slice of lemon

Alkkemist

Distilled when the influence of the moon is bigger (12 times a year). First gin to use Muscat grape in its making. 12 botanicals including samphire, sage, verbena, mahon, chamomile, orange and lemon rind. Serve with tonic, slice of orange or lemon

Masons Yorkshire Tea

Balanced tea notes set against the typically powerful and spicy botanical base of the standard gin. Serve with orange peel

Hyke Gin

Made from a base spirit using surplus

table grapes. The botanicals used are inspired

by the grapes’ African and South American

origins, including coriander, myrrh and rooibos. 

Serve with: Tonic and slice of lemon and

sprig of Thyme
